The carbon fiber base is cut out and will be molded together tomorrow. The top will also be vacuum-formed tomorrow. The base was used as a template for the top so that the two line up perfectly for the fans and air flow. Now that the top and base are almost completed, I am starting to carve the shell out of Styrofoam. Our electrical component compartment has successfully been 3D printed (see image below). A model for the hood scoop design to create counter torque has been completed and will soon be printed. The entire build should be completed by this weekend. Stay tuned for more to come.
